Its been out for less than a day and critics are already labeling it a classic. After a couple of listens from beginning to end, it is what most Ross projects are; dope rhymes, incredible production (Lex Luger, J.U.S.T.I.C.E League, Bo1-Da) and great guest appearances (Nas, John Legend, 2 Chainz, Pharell). Not to mention, it is backed by hip hop historian and XXL-Editor-At-Large, Shaheem Reid.

The highlight of the project is “Triple Beam Dreams,” which features Nas, who delivers a verse that is reiminscent of his Illmatic days. Other highlights are “High Definition,” “Keys 2 The Crib,” “MMG The World Is Ours” and the title track “Rich Forever.” Overall, Rich Forever sounds more like an album than mixtape. In fact, I would say its better than most albums that have dropped lately. It is more than enough to hold Ross fans over until God Forgives, I Don’t drops sometime in early 2012. Along with the 19 track project, Ross also released a music video for the mixtapes’ last song, “Stay Schemin,” which features Drake and French Montana. On Beat The Bully production, Drizzy utilizes his verse to respond to the recent diss by Common. Check it out below.
